By accessing or using Reka Clip (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service Does

Reka Clip helps you discover highlight moments in long-form video, generate short clips with captions and layout presets, and publish or export them through Boost and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the service.

Service Disclosure

Reka Clip is an independent video clipping and publishing platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or other third-party platforms unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Content and Rights

  • You retain ownership of videos, clips, and other content you submit through Reka Clip.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, transcode, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
  • You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, link, clip, and publish the content you submit.
  • We do not use your private video content to train public models unless you opt in to a separate program we clearly describe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Upload or clip content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
  • Attempt to attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass platform safeguards.
  • Circumvent plan limits or resell access without permission.
  • Publish clips that violate applicable law or third-party platform rules.

Plans, Payments, and Usage Limits

  • Plans, credits, export limits, and features are described on the pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation applies at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Unless required by law, charges are non-refundable after the billing period starts or included quota has been materially consumed.

Availability and Changes

The Reka Clip service, software, interface, and branding are owned by Reka Clip or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, viral performance, or specific outcomes for every clip or publish action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reka Clip and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the six months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reka Clip, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise. Disputes are resolved in courts with proper jurisdiction unless arbitration is required by law.
